SkyBill Overview

SkyBill Utility Billing is Billing and CIS solution for any utility company like GAS, WATER and SEWERAGE, ELECTRICITY, HEATING or other contract-based service providers of any size. Used for utility billing, billing on behalf of landlords, property billing, or billing and management of any other service where complex tariff setup is needed. Utility billing extension is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (can be also deployed on Dynamics NAV) and additionally it provides the client self-service web portal, Landlord portal, client web onboarding. With this module you can:

• Calculate your service charges basing on:
  • fixed usage,
  • meters,
  • average consumption (estimated consumption),
  • any other service usage (e.g. sewer usually is calculated on water usage measured by water mater).
• Define rates for specific services by individual agreements, customers, customer groups or property groups (e.g. Commercial/Residential/Industrial, TOU rates).
• Change of rates in the middle. of billing cycle or in between meter readings.
• Change taxes in middle  of billing cycle.
• Combine service addresses in one or separate bills as you wish.
• Define unlimited sub-meters (meters connected in sequence).
• Configure entry and bulk calculation error checking (e.g. deviation from average, zero consumption).
• Automatic reminders for overdue bills.
• Recalculate earlier billing cycles.
• Automatically e-mail bills
• Setup custom invoice layout (logo, texts, language etc.).
• Bank statement import and automatic application of payments to open invoices.
